How do I receive my resource?

As soon as your payment has been received, our system automatically emails you a download link. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

How do I pay?

By EFT (bank transfer). Capitec clients can also pay quickly with the Pay me link shown at checkout. Please send your proof of payment by WhatsApp to 060 982 4999, using your name and surname as reference. Your order is sent within 24 hours.

Can I edit the papers?

Yes. The exam papers are Google Docs that you can easily adapt for your own class. Posters are PDFs that you can print yourself.

Is a memo included?

Yes, every exam paper comes with a memo and marking guidelines. (For Paper 3, these are basic marking guidelines for the formats and rubrics.)

Are the papers CAPS-aligned?

Yes. Everything is set according to CAPS (KABV), with Barrett's taxonomy for the question levels.

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one paper?

Yes. The more papers you buy, the less you pay per paper. The discount is calculated automatically at checkout.

May I share a resource with colleagues?

Yes, you may share your purchase with colleagues at your school.

What if I'm not happy?

Please contact me first, so that I can adapt or correct the work. If you're still not happy, I'll refund your money.
